My legs
My husband tries to run with me.
So yesterday he told me “we should run together every sunday” That worried me a little, cause years ago, he used to run 20km and I never ever could hold on his rate.But today I could!!!!! and not just that I was feeling great, good rythm, speed, heart rate, everything was just fine, but suddenly he asked me to stop!!! I feel like I beat him, but I told him ” you´re right honey,...
I ate too mucho today
and tomorrow will be the same, so, maybe I’ll gain some weight after all. I don´nt like to eat this way cause my stomach feels heavy and hurts. Well see you tomorrow

I love yoga
I’ve been doing yoga for a month, and results of it are finally showing up. My running is better I feel more flexible and my stride is wider, so it allows me to be faster. And the best part of it, really really yoga has calm my knee pain. So maybe I’ll be able to improve my distance too (21 km is my goal)
Back to 104.4
My weight is going from 100 to 104, and the again to 100. Can someone explain me why?? I’d love to be in 104, cause thats the lowest healthy weight to my height.
Every weekend I lose 4 lb (cause the weekend´s training is really hard) and the rest of the weekend I recover it. It doesn´t seem too healthy, and that’s why I’m worried about.

We make this line, my trainer call it “trenecito” (little train), so basically, we get into line and star running at 70% the runner at the end should run faster to be in the lead, later the next runner and so during 400 mts. 2 minutes of recovery and then start all over again (5 times). Is that possible??? from 104 in 3 days???? An I don´t look more skinny , maybe my scale is wrong… I use the wii balance board to weight myself… Should I trust it ???

I´ve finished my exercise routine, so this is what I did.
7:00 am Yoga (1/2 hour, I need it because of my knee pain)
9:30 am joggin (15 minutes to warm up)
30 reverse crunches
running 200m as fast as I can
3 sets of
30 seconds of jumping jacks
30 seconds of reverse crunches
30 seconds of push ups
running...

Finally I ran today
Yes, I did run today, and it was really amazing, our trainner take us to Chachapa and then we ran up to this amazin hill. At the top of it you can see the city, I was really happy. For me, running hills is really tired, so at the end of it I get really sick, I feel so nauseous, but after 10 minutes we start over again. I suppose maybe I burn 1000 calories, but is hard to know exactly.
I tried new jeans
i’m not exactly the smallest size cause my hips are bigger since my kids born, I’m ok with it maybe it will make my waist lokk smaller ha ha ha ha.
I love my body
Ok Ok… maybe is no the most gorgeus body in the world, but I really like it… is strong and healthy, and allows me to run 18 km, so I promise to take care of it, love it and respect it. Is the beginning of a best relation ship with myself.

I guess is just fine… 102 was too little for me, and my husband does´nt want me so so so skinny. So I´m trying gain muscle.
