I want to thank you for being brave ~ posting pictures of yourself in a bathing suit for your followers to see can be scary or intimidating, but I’m proud of you & I KNOW that each person who commits is going to see lots of positive changes in their body that they can be proud of over the…
not a question...but thank you for reblogging my posts. isn't Riley gorgeous!
You are very inspirational, I've just looked through your blog. I hope to achieve this one day. i need to lose 10lbs - 15lbs! and want to start running, but scared to!
Thank you so much, and yes… she is gourgeous. by the way your blog is great
I am EXACTLY the same stats as you. I'm so excited to have found you. :) I just reblogged your before and after picture. It's really inspiring. Thanks! Do you have any tips? And what do you usually eat for breakfast?
I don’t have a breakfast routine, I’m the queen of the house, so I can have whatever I cook for my own, sometimes is eggs, other fruit, quesadilla, memelas, etc. The good thing of cooking for yourself is that you can controll fat, sugar, whatever. I run a lot,and running burns tons of calories, so in more easy to eat and enjoy.
how did you begin to run? I don't know WHERE to run, and think i will feel embarrassed. I'm not a good runner, but would like to start.
The first day I run I realized how much I sucks. At first is a little hard but you’ll be stronger and faster soon, is all about be patient. The first day I went to a hill and try to reach the top of it jogging, I did it a whole week. Later I started with intervals, First, 1 minute running, 1 walking… for 30 minutes that was another week, In the 3rd week, I ran 5 minutes, walk 1, 4 minutes, walk 1, 3 minutes… and so for 1 hour, and just like that you’ll began to be able of running for 30 minutes without rest. I mean is one step at the time, and allways allways follow your own rhythm. Why don´t you try this for 3 weeks??, if is too hard for you tell me and I can give you another routine. Hope it works. running is the best
““Trying” is an awful term. It hinders your beliefs, causes people to think they will be doing something they are not capable of doing. In a sense, setting yourself up for failure. Manifest your ability by believing you can achieve something you have yet proven yourself true to. ;)”—PaleoCaveman (via paleocaveman)
